André Parra, a Brazilian-Irish artist based in Dublin, holds BA (Honours) Degrees in Design and Critical Studies from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, and in Arts from the University of Wolverhampton. With a diverse background in animation, illustration, and Critical Studies, André draws inspiration from life and art movements like Art Deco, surrealism, and pop art, exploring various mediums. His collaborations with prestigious establishments and contributions to publications like The Irish Times reflect his professional versatility. Currently dedicated to painting acrylic on canvas full-time, his series "Vivid Dissonance: Reflections on Industrialization" showcases his passion for storytelling and visual expression.
